About Me

I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2020 and specialise in Deep Tissue massage.

My interest in massage began when working professionally as an physical theatre actor and practitioner for the last 8 years, I noticed the aches and pains my peers would face under the pressures of heavy performer work.

It then made perfect sense to train professionally as a Massage Therapist. I completed my training in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology at The London School of Massage in March 2020 and since then have been treating people from all walks of life and needs. However, I do think my background in theatre has meant I am able to specialise in working with performers, as I know how important it is to be able to continue working during your creative jobs!

As a therapist, my primary focus is on delivering the best possible treatment for you specifically tailored for your specific needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, friendliness and client care. Having worked in comedy cabaret for many of those years, I am glad to say that I think all my treatments are carried out with a good dash of humour too!

I specialise in release, relaxation and deep tissue. I like to begin every massage with a 15 minute health consultation and end it with helpful advice unique to every client as to how they can prevent and alleviate their persistent areas of tightness and tension. I do not do the same routine for every client. I wish for all of my clients to have their own unique massage tailored to their specific needs.

I started Knot my Problem Massage to make massage affordable and accessible to all. Muscular tension and discomfort shouldn’t be something unnecessarily expensive to get rid of. It should be a viable option for all.
